This contract of carriage verifies the cargo's reception by the carrier and serves as the cargo's title. Three original bills of lading are printed when one is issued, and they are all issued as one contract of carriage together with two identical original bills of lading. Before Beeontrade can transfer your cargo to its destination, it must be released with the OBLs. There are two ways to release cargo that has been issued with an OBL: either with an original bill of lading that has been endorsed or with a telex release. Talk to your supplier about your preferred bill of lading and your preferred release mechanism since bills of lading are an agreement between you and your supplier.
