ACH Debit allows U.S. Customs to debit your ACH account 10 business days after clearance.

How can I set up ACH Debit?
To set up ACH Debit, you need to establish an ACH account directly with U.S. Customs.
Your financial institution must be a NACHA participant with Electronic Data Interchange capability.

What is the processing time for ACH Debit application?
The application processing time is typically 7-10 business days.

Periodic Monthly Statements via ACE Portal

What are Periodic Monthly Statements?
Periodic Monthly Statements allow you to pay for all your shipment duties for a given month in one consolidated payment.
This payment will be withdrawn on the 15th business day of the following month.

How can I set up an ACE Portal account?
To set up an ACE Portal account, your company must fill out and submit an application form (available only on PC, not Mac).

How can I set up ACH Debit?
To set up ACH Debit, your company must complete an application linking Customs to your bank account.

How can I receive Periodic Monthly Statements?
Your company can request Periodic Monthly Statements from Customs via email.
